Workshops examine various methods of ensuring compliance to the terms and conditions of labor agreements. Participants discuss how violations to labor contracts are handled in different settings. Special attention in these workshops is given to the grievance process – reviewing and discussing the effectiveness of grievance procedures. Case studies from the U.S, China, and other countries are utilized in these sessions.
