Abstract | An essay is presented on the labor and employment law teaching programs. Topics discussed include a brief historical overview of the certificate program in labor and employment law. Topics discussed include development of the program and its accompanying Institute for law such as Chicago-Kent College of Law, four core courses of the program such as labor law, employment discrimination, employment relationships along with program's approach of dealing with job opportunities and costs. |
